Anne Zimanski

Hi, I'm Anne. I've been a freelance artist, illustrator, and book designer for over 10 years. In that time I have illustrated dozens of books in a variety of styles, and worked on all kinds of creative projects big and small. From portraits, to product design, to medical illustration and more.

My main focus these days is children's book illustration. I work in digital and watercolor, and I always strive to use color and lighting in interesting ways. I also love to create atmospheric landscapes, and can work in simple or more realistic styles.

I live in northern Michigan with my husband and two daughters, and am constantly inspired by the natural beauty of the Great Lakes.
